Tell us a bit about yourself

15 JUN 2020 I’m Alex Hall, originally from Brooklyn NY. I’ve been freelancing in Berlin for 5 years as a video producer and photographer. I’ve been creating with cameras for about 9 years now!

Please check out video at the following link.

How have the last few weeks or months shaped or impacted your practice?

I was able to finish writing and published my book, "The Power of Adaptability" during quarantine. I've been researching and interviewing folks on this topic for the past 2+ years! It's about how to use the skill of adaptability to evolve and grow when experiencing change or an obstacle. It's written with creative entrepreneurs in mind.

How are you coping at home?

Definitely meditation. I love a good guided meditation by David Ji or Manoj Dias. I’ve been exercising more and catching up with friends and family that I haven’t spoken to in a while. A good friend shared that I should check out the Wim Hof breath holding method! After a few days, I was able to hold my breath for 3 ½ minutes!

What has inspired you recently?

Seeing how creative entrepreneurs have shifted their businesses online and continued to figure out ways to provide value to their clients digitally.

What are you looking forward to?

The new economy coming up. How will we interact with each other? I’m also looking forward to spending more time focusing on passions and bigger projects.
